Privacy:
Protecting your privacy is important to us here at Rebecca Norman. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Refunds/Exchanges:
Exchange or Refund must be made in 10 days of receipt. Exchanges may be made with items of equal or greater value. For refunds you will need to email us your Order ID# to obtain a Return Authorization Number. studio@rebeccanorman.com No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization Number.
For your protection, please package the item securely in hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via UPS or any other insured mail service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 days form when we receive your item for your refund to be processed (less any shipping cost).
Returns/Exchanges from the Rebecca Norman Solana Beach store will not be handled through the Rebecca Norman online store. Please contact the store directly at 858-481-7327.

What types of metal does Rebecca Norman Jewelry contain?
We have three main collections of jewelry:
Fine Jewelry: This collection consists of 10k, 14k, 18k gold, sterling silver, and precious/semi precious stones. Many of our fine jewelry items are one of a kind and feature exciting combinations of rare and interesting gemstones. Some of our fine jewelry items are a mix of sterling silver with 14k gold accents.
Sterling Silver Jewelry: Rebecca Norman Jewelry started out as sterling silver collection and many of our all time best sellers and most popular pieces are in silver. Our hammered bangles and sterling hoops are classic, heirloom quality pieces that some of our customers have been wearing for over 10 years. The RN sterling collection also features a number of pieces using high quality turquoise from the United States, Mexico, and China. Some of our sterling pieces are plated in 14k or 18k gold. Gold plated sterling silver jewelry is also called vermeil.
Fashion Jewelry: This our newest and largest assortment. The base metals in the fashion jewelry collection are brass, copper, bronze, and pewter and they are plated in gold, rhodium, gunmetal, rose gold, and antique nickel finishes. Our fashion jewelry collection features swarovski crystals, wood beads, druzy and other semiprecious stones and is updated every season. Each piece of our fashion jewelry collection is handmade in our studio.
