 Returns/Exchanges 

Rebecca Norman Studio accepts full price items for exchange only - we do not offer refunds.  Please read below for details.

- Fine Jewelry ($500+) is final sale. No exchange or return.  Please shop carefully and message us to get more information on the item including a video showing.

- Items must be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase and must be in brand new condition with all tags attached. 

- Sale merchandise is considered final sale and may not be returned

- Special orders are considered final sale and may not be returned

- We must be contacted for a return authorization prior to custom returning an item. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Please pack carefully!  Many of our items are fragile and we are not responsible for items broken in transition when being returned.

Shipping & Handling - Rebecca Norman Studio is proud to use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the majority of our shipments.  We also use UPS when necessary.

We are a small business and we do our best to ship orders within 7-10 days of receiving your order.  If you need orders quicker please let us know. 

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.  There is a Flat Rate shipping fee of $5 for orders under $40.  All orders $40+ ship for Free.                                   

Repairs

If you have an item that is in need of repair, please email us a picture with a description of what type of repair is needed at production.rebeccanorman@gmail.com We will take a look at the image and see if the item can be repaired or replaced.  Please note, not all items can be repaired and it is at our discretion to determine if it can be repaired.  We can no longer replate any jewelry items.  There is a $50 minimum repair fee.  Please note that repairs can take 10-12 weeks. 

Promotions and Discounts

Occasionally, we offer flash discounts and seasonal promotions. Discounts and promotions are active for the dates specified and cannot be applied retroactively. Thank you for your understanding. 

What types of metal does Rebecca Norman Jewelry contain?

 Fine Jewelry: This collection consists of 14k, 18k gold, 22k gold, sterling silver, and precious/semi precious stones.  Many of our fine jewelry items are one of a kind and feature exciting combinations of rare and interesting gemstones. 

Sterling Silver Jewelry: Rebecca Norman Jewelry started out as a sterling silver collection and many of our all time best sellers and most popular pieces are in silver.  Our hammered bangles and sterling hoops are classic, heirloom quality pieces that some of our customers have been wearing for over 20 years.  The RN sterling collection also features a number of pieces using high quality turquoise from the United States and Mexico. 

Brass Jewelry: We make a small collection of modernist, brass jewelry for women and men.   

  

Where are Rebecca Norman products manufactured?

Rebecca Norman Jewelry + Wall Gems are 100%  Made in House!   In addition to making all metal items, we also hand fabricate the majority of our handbag hardware.

Hecho a Mano en Tijuana: Our handbags are manufactured in Tijuana, Mexico by a small Woman owned factory.  Rebecca routinely visits the factory to work on new designs, check in on production and to enjoy the amazing culture and food of our neighbor city Tijuana.
